VYOO (Applications Mobiles Overview Inc.) has been founded in 2017 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with the vision of ENHANCING HUMAN VISION by harnessing the powers of computer vision and machine learning.
The founders and their team’s high-tech background and extensive experience in innovative research, a dedicated board of advisors, along with a surge in demand for accessible 3D recognition/analysis technology have created the perfect opportunity to “Develop the first Universal 3D Technology to capture, recognize, analyze & track.”
VYOO has been featured in Québec Science and L’Express in 2019 with an article on “3D RECOGNITION and 3D Search Engine” and in La Presse 2021 with the article “VyoO: Ahead of the digital giants” focusing on the strong patent portfolio & emerging use cases in healthcare.

Lionel Le Carluer
Founder, CEO
Lionel Le Carluer, co-founder and CEO, is a former private banker and one of the founders of first Switzerland’s leading sustainable private bank. He has the experience and the know-how to provide all the support that the company needs. His main focus is essentially oriented on the fundraising, the management, and the long-term strategy of the company.

Laurent Juppe
Founder, CTO
Laurent Juppé, co-founder, and CTO of the company, has PhDs in fuzzy mathematics and artificial intelligence. With more than 20 years of experience in the 3D industry as one of the inventors of the first 3D reconstruction technology in real-time in the TV studio, he’s the lead tech of the company, in charge of the R&D. His main focus is to build what others dream of but better.

Danaë Blondel
Founder, CAO
Danaë Blondel, co-founder, and CAO, has a bachelor’s in law and psychology. After more than twelve years spent as an international athlete in show jumping, she invented the first visual encyclopedia (V.I.E.W: Visual Interface to Explore the World) which brought to life what VYOO’s today. Her mission is to control, organize, and create the image of the company. Really involved with the Palo Alto tech industry, she has the relations to help the company to build a strong network.

Sherif Abuelwafa
Co-founder, Head of R&D
Sherif Abuelwafa, co-founder and head of R&D, holds a Ph.D. in machine learning. Over the past decade, he directed R&D projects of universities and start-ups across three continents to build cutting-edge technologies. At VyoO, he plays a key role in transforming raw fundamental research ideas into viable innovative solutions.
